Wonder Electric Holds Internship Exchange Meeting with Fuzhou University Students to Support Talent Development and Future Growth


On the morning of August 3, Wonder Electric held an internship exchange meeting with students from Fuzhou University. The meeting focused on the company’s development, internship training program, practical learning experiences, and future career development. Through face-to-face communication with company management representatives, the students gained a deeper understanding of the manufacturing industry, enterprise operations, and professional growth opportunities.

The meeting was attended by key representatives from Wonder Electric and its parent group, including Mr. Yu Zhuangxiang, General Manager of the Group; Ms. Xu Zhenfei, General Manager of Wonder Electric; Mr. Zhang Qizhong, Senior Assistant of the Group; Mr. Wu Qingqi, Director of Wonder High-Efficiency Motor Research Institute; Mr. Yu Deshui, General Manager of Group Sales; Ms. Yang Fan, Head of Human Resources of the Group; and Ms. Guo Xiaoxia, Human Resources Manager of Wonder Electric.

During the meeting, Ms. Yang Fan, Head of Human Resources of the Group, introduced the overall development of Wonder Group and Wonder Electric, including the company’s history, industrial layout, corporate culture, technological capabilities, and future development strategies. Through this introduction, the students gained a comprehensive understanding of Wonder Electric’s commitment to innovation and its long-term focus on high-efficiency motor solutions.

Following the company introduction, Mr. Zhang Qizhong presented the Wonder Electric Internship Program in detail. He explained the company’s systematic training framework, including internship objectives, practical work arrangements, rotation training programs, and career development opportunities.
