Energy-saving motors refer to motors with high efficiency of general-purpose standard motors. High-efficiency and energy-saving motors adopt new motor designs, new processes and new materials to improve output efficiency by reducing the loss of electromagnetic, thermal and mechanical energy. The energy savings of using high-efficiency motors are very obvious compared to standard motors, and the efficiency can usually be increased by an average of 4%. Unfortunately, although high-efficiency motors have been on the market for many years, user demand has not been very strong, and the current market share of high-efficiency motors in our country is very low, less than 10%. Generally speaking, motor sales are aimed at three types of customers: end users, agents and equipment suppliers. The proportion of its product usage is: end users account for 5%, agents account for about 15%, and downstream industry machinery and equipment suppliers account for 80%. It can be seen that whether motor products can be finally accepted by the market is the most critical attitude of mechanical equipment suppliers.
